Channing Tatum (@channingtatum) and wife Jenna Dewan-Tatum (@jennaldewan) are once again participating in TwitChange and their latest charity auctions just kicked off TODAY. For those who don’t know, TwitChange is a global celebrity auction where Twitter users can bid to get followed, retweeted, and/or mentioned by their favorite celebrity on Twitter.
Eva Longoria and TwitChange are celebrating International Women’s Day by investing in girls’ futures. They will be donating 100% of the donations generated by the auctions to Care, one of the world’s largest private international organizations, committed to helping families in poor communities improve their lives and beat poverty.
Fans can bid on Chan and Jenna’s eight auctions that include a tweet, a follow, a retweet, and a mega package with all three (a tweet, follow, and retweet) AND a signed photo from Chan or Jenna. I will also feature all of the auction winners here on CTU in a special charity Fab Fan Spotlight.
CARE is a leading humanitarian organization fighting global poverty. They place special focus on working alongside poor women because, equipped with the proper resources, women have the power to help whole families and entire communities escape poverty.
Women are at the heart of CARE’s community-based efforts to improve basic education, prevent the spread of HIV, increase access to clean water and sanitation, expand economic opportunity, and protect natural resources. CARE also delivers emergency aid to survivors of war and natural disasters, and helps people rebuild their lives. CLICK HERE and watch the video below to learn more about the amazing organization.
TwitChange has picked yet another incredible cause, and fans get a cool perk in return. More importantly, we can make a HUGE difference in a young girl’s life. The clock is ticking, so I hope you head on over to Ebay and start bidding!
