Today’s Videos of the Week include the first official trailer and an on-set interview from MTV for Channing Tatum’s drama ‘The Son of No One‘ and two new two spots for his Roman drama ‘The Eagle‘. Enjoy!!!
With one film under his belt (‘The Dilemma‘) and as many as four more to go this year (‘Son of No One‘, ‘The Eagle‘, ‘Haywire‘, and ‘Ten Year‘), Chan will promote his highly buzzed-about second movie of the year when he and wife Jenna Dewan-Tatum attend the world premiere of his drama ‘Son of No One‘ next Friday. The film is closing out the prestigious Sundance Film Festival, which kicked off in Park City, Utah today.
MTV has an exclusive official trailer for the film, which has an amazing cast that also includes Al Pacino, Ray Liotta, Juliette Binoche, Katie Holmes and “30 Rock” funnyman Tracy Morgan in his first true dramatic role.

MTV also visited the New York City set of ‘The Son of No One‘ last April. You can CLICK HERE to check out tons of set pics in the CTU Photo Gallery, and you can watch an interview with Chan, Tracy, and director Dito Montiel below…
“Directed by Sundance vet Dito Montiel (“A Guide to Recognizing Our Saints,” “Fighting”), “Son of No One” follows two friends (Tatum and Morgan) forced to face the consequences of a murder they committed — and got away with — 16 years earlier. Tatum’s character Jonathan “Milk” White has gone on to a successful career with the police force and has a happy home life with his wife (Holmes) and Child. Morgan’s character Vinnie has kind of gone the other way. When Milk is assigned to the precinct where he grew up, his decade-and-a-half-old secret threatens to tear apart his life and his family.”
When it gets closer to the release of the film, I’ll have my behind-the-scenes account from deep inside the ‘The Son of No One‘ set with Chan, Jenna, and Dito!
Channing Tatum’s Roman epic ‘The Eagle‘ is helmed by award-winning director Kevin Macdonald and is based on the best-selling, classic 1954 teen novel by Rosemary Sutcliff, which is set in the dangerous world of second-century Britain. The movie will hit theaters on February 11th, and THR is reporting that fans will get another sneak peek of the film before this year’s Super Bowl.
