It’s that time of year again, and I once again need your help! I’m working on the annual project for Jenna’s birthday (which is on December 3rd), and I would love to include birthday wishes from fans around the world. Get all of the details on how to participate in this year’s birthday project for Jenna below…
HOW TO SUBMIT
Take a photo of yourself and add a birthday message to it letting Jenna know why you’re a fan. You can use the free tool Picnik.com to add your message onto your photo.
After you’ve added your message, email the photo to birthday@channingtatumunwrapped.com by Wednesday, December 1, 2010. Make sure you attach you’re photo to the email, put “BIRTHDAY 2010” in the subject, and include the following info in the body of the email…

HAPPY THANKSGIVING FROM CHAN AND JENNA!!!

Channing Tatum and wife Jenna Dewan-Tatum hopped on a plane to Texas yesterday to spend Thanksgiving with Jenna’s family, and they tweeted out the adorable pic above from the air.
In case you’re wondering what the couple is doing for Thanksgiving…Last week, Jenna was honored at US Weekly’s “Star’s Who Care” event where Access Hollywood and US Weekly interviewed her on the red carpet, and she gave us a glimpse into the couple’s holiday plans…
“I will be cooking some vegan Thanksgiving dishes for everybody. I will be doing some vegan mashed potatoes and a mac ‘n’ cheese casserole that’s vegan. Earth Balance butter is amazing! It’s a staple. Daiya cheese is too. You just have to find the right products and mix them all together, but it’s totally yummy. I’ve made food for my husband [Channing Tatum] who’s non-vegan and he’s like, ‘That’s really good!’”
Flash forward to today…While hanging out with Chan and her family and watching the Cowboys play, Jenna tweeted…
Happy thanksgiving!! I love you all and am grateful for all your love and support!
…and shared a really sweet photo that Chan took of her with her mom Nancy. It’s no surprise that she dubbed it “Pure love!“…

CHANNING TATUM MOVIE BYTES: New Release Date for ‘The Eagle’ and Official Poster, Stills, and Featurette for ‘The Dilemma’

THE EAGLE
Great news! Instead of having to wait until February 25, 2011 to see Chan tackle the Roman era, fans will be able to watch his drama ‘The Eagle‘ two weeks earlier…The new release date for the film is February 11, 2011. ‘The Eagle‘ is helmed by award-winning director Kevin Macdonald, is based on the best-selling, classic 1954 teen novel by Rosemary Sutcliff, and is set in the dangerous world of second-century Britain.
Here’s the synopsis for film…
In 140 AD, two men – master and slave – venture beyond the edge of the known world on a dangerous and obsessive quest that will push them beyond the boundaries of loyalty and betrayal, friendship and hatred, deceit and heroism…The Roman epic adventure THE EAGLE stars Channing Tatum and Jamie Bell and is directed by Academy Award winner Kevin Macdonald. 20 years earlier, Rome’s 5,000-strong Ninth Legion, under the command of Flavius Aquila, marched north carrying their treasured golden Eagle emblem. They never returned; Legion and Eagle simply vanished into the mists. Hearing a rumor that the Eagle has been seen in a tribal temple in the far north, Flavius’ son Marcus (Tatum), determined to restore the tarnished reputation of his father, is galvanized into action. Accompanied only by his slave Esca (Bell), Marcus sets out into the vast and dangerous highlands of Scotland – to confront its savage tribes, make peace with his father’s memory, and retrieve the hallowed Eagle. Along the way Marcus realizes that the mystery of his father’s disappearance may well be linked to the secret of his own slave’s identity and loyalty – a secret all the more pressing when the two come face-to-face with the warriors of the fearsome Seal Prince (Tahar Rahim).

THE DILEMMA
Universal has released the official poster, new production stills, and a new featurette for Chan’s Ron Howard directed comedy ‘The Dilemma‘. Here’s the synopsis for film…
Vince Vaughn and Kevin James headline an all-star comedy from director Ron Howard and producer Brian Grazer about a man who finds out that what you don’t say to a friend is just as important as what you do. Jennifer Connelly, Winona Ryder, Channing Tatum and Queen Latifah join them in The Dilemma, a story of how far you can bend a brotherly bond before it snaps. Since college, confirmed bachelor Ronny (Vaughn) and happily married Nick (James) have been through thick and thin. Now partners in an auto design firm, the two pals are vying to land a dream project that would launch their company. With Ronny’s girlfriend, Beth (Connelly), and Nick’s wife, Geneva (Ryder), by their sides, they’re unbeatable. But Ronny’s world is turned upside down when he inadvertently sees Geneva out with another man (Zip played by Channing) and makes it his mission to get answers. As the amateur investigation dissolves his world into comic mayhem, he learns that Nick has a few secrets of his own. Now, with the clock ticking and pressure mounting on the biggest presentation of their careers, Ronny must decide how and when he will reveal the truth to his best friend.
Before filming wrapped this past August, Universal invited a few entertainment reporters to the set for a couple of days and many of the interviews are finally showing up online. Although Chan had finished filming his role and wasn’t on set, Ron Howard and Vince Vaughn had nothing by nice things to say about his return to comedy. Here’s a few snippets from Howard and Vaughn’s interviews with Hitfix and Ain’t It Cool News…
HITFIX: Can you be more specific about the physical comedy that you’ve done?
VINCE VAUGHN: Well, there are conflicts like that, physical conflicts that are played real and there’s some extreme stuff that happens. I don’t want to talk about all the specifics. The thing is that we have a great cast. Queen Latifah is like my new favorite person. I love her. She’s just an amazing spirit. Channing Tatum could not be a more genuine kid. He came in and worked really hard and was gracious. Winona Ryder I think is one of the best actors of my generation and I’m just really thrilled to be working with her, what a great talent she is. Connelly, obviously — she is as well a great actor. We just have a huge cast and so the fun is like everyday, whoever is coming in is really talented and really good.
AIN’T IT COOL: It seems like a lot of what you do comes out of your production company Imagine Entertainment, people that you are used to working with. Was it’s kind of interesting to step into something that was already rolling?
RON HOWARD: I caught it early, after the first draft, and I raised my hand without a lot of trepidation. So, it actually wasn’t rolling other than the fact that it was clearly an excellent first draft and absolutely a movie, and we continued to work on it. [Writer] Allan Loeb was here for a while for several weeks and throughout the rehearsal process, and it continued to evolve, and Vince has contributed a great deal, so has Kevin [James], and so has everyone, like Winona [Rider] and Jennifer [Connelly]. And we’ve had some really good supporting turns that have been really fun. Queen Latifah came in, and she was really just a joy and hilarious and really helped redefine her character in smart ways. Channing Tatum did a fantastic job, wanting to show that he had comedy chops, and I can see that he does…
In addition to the latest trailer, Universal also released a new featurette for ‘The Dilemma‘ that gives you a look inside the film through movie clips and interviews with the cast and crew…

First and foremost, I want to say CONGRATS to Jenna Dewan-Tatum!!! She’s been nominated for a 5th Annual Libby Award for BEST PETA AD!! Let’s all help her win by quickly voting for her at Peta2.com.
I know first hand how important giving back is to Jenna, and I would love to see her get the recognition she deserves. US Weekly seems to feel the same way, because they decided to salute the talented actress, producer, and all around do-gooder for her recent work with PETA.
On Thursday night, Jenna joined the who’s who in Tinseltown at US Weekly’s Hot Hollywood “Stars Who Care” Event at LA’s The Colony. Jenna was recognized along side other celebs who have donated their time, knowledge and influence to worthy causes.

For those who don’t know, Jenna was covered almost head to toe in snakelike body paint for her PETA campaign that kicked off this past summer. Her goal was to call attention to the millions of snakes, lizards, alligators, crocodiles, and other reptiles who are killed for their skins—and then turned into accessories.
To further help the organization, Jenna also teamed up with jewelry company Energy Muse to design a unisex vegan “Power” bracelet for both men and women. A portion of the proceeds from the sale of each bracelet is donated to PETA to further its efforts to combat the exotic skins industry.

UNWRAPPED PHOTOS (and Video): Channing Tatum and Jenna Dewan-Tatum at GQ’s Men of the Year Party

GQ Magazine has kept Channing Tatum and Jenna Dewan-Tatum pretty busy this week. Tuesday night, Chan co-hosted GQ’s “Style Manual” party at LA’s Confederacy with the mag’s Editor in Chief, Jim Nelson, and last night, Chan and Jenna also attended GQ’s 2010 Men of the Year party at the Chateau Marmont Hotel in Hollywood.
Here’s what USA Today had to say about the bash…
Most of the guests jammed into the legendary hotel’s courtyard, where they stood and mingled under the stars and lighted trees…Waiters carefully maneuvered through the crowd, balancing trays of sesame chicken tenders, bacon wrapped shrimp, teeny grilled cheese sandwiches, sliders from Umami Burger, veggie spring rolls and grilled flatbread with prosciutto, figs and arugula. But the biggest hit was the mini-cupcakes by Susie’s Cakes. Grey Goose cocktails flowed while DJ Mr. Best did his thing.
