Today’s Pictures of the Week show Jenna walking the two dogs she and Chan share and show her behind-the-scenes on the Los Angeles set of her new indie romantic comedy ‘Balls to the Wall‘.
People Pets posted a cute, new pic of Jenna as she walked her dog Meeka and Chan’s dog Lulu last Friday in Runyon Canyon. Fans can check out a few additional photos from their walk below…
As I’ve mentioned before, Chan’s dog Lulu is a rescue he picked up in his home state of Alabama in 2008. Pet adoption definitely runs in the family, because Jenna’s mom Nancy just adopted an adorable new Pomeranian from Ohio-based Angels 4 Animals that looks a lot like little Meeka Tatum.
You can actually credit this particular adoption to the amazing power of Twitter. Angels 4 Animals sent out a tweet in February letting everyone know that a cute Pomeranian (named after Jenna for her love of rescues) needed a home. Jenna (the person) retweeted the tweet, and the next thing you know, her mom answered the call and decided to adopt Jenna (the puppy).
Nancy just picked up the newly trained pom today and here’s a great picture of “little” Jenna with her new family…
Although the holidays may be a little confusing with the two Jenna’s and look-alike dogs, I’m sure “little” Jenna couldn’t have found a better home than Nancy and “big” Jenna’s dad Claude. Congrats to the new family!!!
After filming her cameo in Christina Aguilera’s new music video on Sunday, Jenna started working on her latest movie, an indie romantic comedy called ‘Balls to the Wall‘, on Monday and tweeted out a behind-the-scenes pic from the makeup chair…
Based on Jenna’s previous two sets (‘Slightly Single in LA‘ and ‘Legend of Hells Gate‘), I’m sure fans can look forward to more pics and maybe even a twit-vid or two, so stay tuned!
