If you’re a big fan of Channing Tatum, Johnny Depp, Christian Bale, and their highly-anticipated historical drama ‘Public Enemies‘, AND you have a little lot of spare cash to throw around, then this may be your lucky day!
The charity auction site CharityFolks.com
currently has an auction benefiting the ACLU of Southern California where a lucky fan can bid on 2 tickets and after party passes to the June 2009 Los Angeles, California premiere of ‘Public Enemies‘.
The next bid is currently at $2,300.00 for this once in a lifetime experience, and the auction ends at 3PM on December 1, 2008. You can CLICK HERE to bid and/or to get more info on the auction.
‘Public Enemies‘ is a film adaptation of Bryan Burrough’s book Public Enemies: America’s Greatest Crime Wave and the Birth of the FBI, 1933–34 and is directed by Michael Mann.
The crime drama is set during The Great Depression with the focus on the FBI agent Melvin Purvis’ (Bale) attempt to stop criminals John Dillinger (Depp), Baby Face Nelson (Stephen Graham) and Pretty Boy Floyd (Channing Tatum). ‘Public Enemies‘ is set to be released in theaters on July 1, 2009.

If I was able to dish out that much for a chance to meet them, and a good cause, I’d do it. Alas, I don’t, but I’m happy with at least 2 autographs from Johnny from fanmail. I’m hoping to get Christian’s and sadly, I don’t have Channing’s. Love all three of them though! Good luck to those raising money for a great cause!
